We've all probably been to a pasta fundraiser of some sort at one time or another. Spaghetti dinners are inexpensive to put on, pretty universally liked and a great way to raise money.
But, I doubt you've been to a Pasta Night like this.
Look at this menu:
- Insalata Caprise, sliced tomatoes with mozzarella cheese, olive oil and sweet basil.
- Jumbo shells, stuffed with crab meat and cheeses, accompanied by linguini and al fredo sauce.
- Profiteroles, cream puffs topped with hot chocolate sauce
And the cost? Only $13.50.
It's not a fundraiser. It's obviously a gourmet delight.
But the truth is, this really is a fundraiser for the S.T.A.R. Club of Chino Valley High School. It's part of their monthly Friday Pasta Night series, and this time there's a special menu for the Yule Tide Season, according to Adjutant Murrell Worth.
So that means you can eat like a king and feel good about it!
