Going to the Wings Out West Airshow? Here's What You Need to Know

Wings Out West Air Show Information

It’s Embry-Riddle’s 40th anniversary in Prescott, Arizona, and the Wings Out West Air Show will be a great opportunity for celebration. Plus, the aerobatic pilots will thrill...and amaze you.

Here’s what you need to know:

Time: The Air Show 

Doors Open: 9 AM - 3 PM

Aerial Demo: 10 AM

Weather: Should be good in the morning during the Aerial Show. The forecast is for 30% chance of showers and thunderstorms - but not until after noon.

When to arrive: Early - you’ll need to get there to park and catch a shuttle.

Parking: Take the Deep Well Ranch Road to the airport. Follow directions for parking. There will be shuttles to the airshow event. Do NOT try to park at the Larry Caldwell Drive entrance. Parking in that area requires a special parking pass.
