Monday is Labor Day, a date many consider the final day of summer. However, the weather can feel like summer in northern Arizona until the chill of late October finally rolls in. As such, there are still plenty of beautiful days left to grill. 

The United States Department of Agriculture reminds people the importance of food safety, as food poison could not only ruin a barbecue but a couple of days afterward as well.
