Walk for Life: Saturday, May 11

04 April 2019
Ready for some exercise?

The Community Pregnancy Center (CPC) is holding their annual Walk For Life event on Saturday May 11th in Downtown Prescott.  This is one of our major fundraising events of the year.  This is a 2.4 mile walk around downtown Prescott that includes a tour of CPC.  It is a chance for individuals and families to come together and show their support for Life in our community while having fun and raising much needed funds to keep CPC going strong in 2019.  These funds allow CPC to continue to offer ALL of our services FREE to our client.  This includes pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, parenting classes, diapers, baby clothes, formula, cribs and much more. In the past year we saw over 1,300 clients, gave out 4,554 pieces of clothes and over 16,000 diapers.

When walkers raise money by having sponsors donate, they can earn movie tickets, gift cards and a chance to win the grand prize of a family day out.  The family day out includes 4 day passes to Gripstone Rock Climbing Gym, pizza at Bill’s Pizza and a gift card for dessert at Baskin Robbins.

There will be games for the kids before and after the event and lunch will be served for registered walkers.  Please register early to reserve your Walk For Life T-Shirts (quantities are limited).
