Public Meeting Scheduled Regarding SR 69 Road Improvements

Public Meeting scheduled Tuesday, Aug. 13, on improvements to State Route 69 in Prescott Valley

The Arizona Department of Transportation, in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration, is initiating a project to improve transportation safety and traffic operations along the State Route 69 corridor in Prescott Valley.  The scope includes constructing a raised center median in the existing roadway, preparing for a future Green T intersection at Truwood Drive and installing upgrades for a future signal installation at Mendecino Drive. 

A public information meeting regarding the improvements for State Route 69 between Truwood Drive and Enterprise Parkway is scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 13, at the Prescott Valley Public Library, 7401 Skoog Blvd., Prescott Valley, AZ 86314.  The public is encouraged to attend the meeting learn more about the project, ask questions and submit comments.

The meeting will be an open-house format with a formal presentation at 6:30 p.m.  Representatives from ADOT and the project team will be available to answer questions and provide more information. To learn more, visit the project webpage:  http://www.azdot.gov/sr69TruwoodEnterprise.
