Prescott High School placed second overall as a team at the Sectional Tournament. According to head coach Eric Koehler this was a great result for the team. He said, "All our guys wrestled well—I'm proud of all of them. They've been doing well all year long and they seem to be peaking at just the right time." Six of those making it to the state tournament are seniors and Koehler stated, "They need to do well, they won't get another chance."
Chino Valley wrestles in division 3, and they have 6 wrestlers going to the state tournament. Allan Foster, Chino Valley Head Coach said " it's been a great year for us. We placed 4th in the sectional tournament."
